Our flexible Flexx-Sil™ flat cable provides numerous benefits in eVTOL applications:

• Designed for high voltage applications, the power cables also perform flawlessly in temperatures from -104°C to +260°C.
• Standard design incorporates high-strength, ultra-flex tinned copper wire. Bare, silver-plated, nickel-plated copper, and even extra light aluminum wire, are offered by request.
• Cicoil’s shock-absorbing jacket is impervious to the rigors of flight, severe vibration, G-forces (10 k g’s) and exposure to deicing fluid, ice, salt-water, acid rain, sunlight, UV-light, ozone, humidity, harsh weather, fungus, corrosion, grease, dust, coarse sand, overall wear & tear, cracking, kinking, high altitudes, and many chemicals.
• Flame Resistant to UL 94V-0, does not propagate fire or ignite, and is self-extinguishing. LSZH Cable jacket passes FAA vertical burn test 14 CFR 25.853 and UL/CSA VW-1, FT 1 & FT 2 flammability testing.
